Hot Dogs

The November issue of "Retail Traffic" magazine reported on pet-friendly retail developers.

"Prime Retail is encouraging shoppers to bring their pets shopping at its 29 outlet centers. They now provide doggy walks and relaxation areas, hand out free dog biscuits and have watering holes throughout the properties."

I guess the mall owners should also encourage shoppers to carry a pooper-scooper.
